Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return or adjustments. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at dear.hearten.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Broken Items
If the pieces are fixable, we are happy to take in any broken items within the first 90-days of the order received. Please send us a photo of the broken parts to dear.hearten.co@gmail.com along with your order number. Once we confirm, please send the piece to our Studio. We kindly ask our customers to be responsible for the shipping fee to Hearten Co. as we will be responsible for the shipping fee when returning the fixed goods.

Please only send the jewelry in a sealed bag. Please do not send the box or any other paperwork in the return package - we will only return the jewelry. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items). Please note that all bracelets are made-to-order. If you ordered a bigger size, we are more than happy to resize the item. However, if you ordered a smaller size, we won't be able to adjust the size. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted or gift cards.
